USPS Users

SALES POLICY

The prices are in U.S. dollars and are valid and effective only within the United States. Prices do not include shipping or sales taxes. Products are shipped FOB Mansfield, OH, with shipping paid by customer and added to your total invoice price. The customer selects the class of service and will be charged as indicated on the Site. United States Postal Service (“USPS”) customers are exempt from state and local sales and use taxes. Orders shipped to USPS customers will be labeled and packaged in accordance with USPS standards.

ETI will use its best efforts to fulfill all orders. ETI cannot guarantee the availability of any particular product displayed on this Site. ETI reserves the right to discontinue the sale of any product listed on this Site at any time without notice.

While the goal is a 100% error-free Site, ETI does not guarantee that any content is accurate or complete, including price information, availability and product specifications. ETI reserves the right to revoke any stated offer and to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions (including after an order has been submitted and accepted). If ETI discovers price errors, the order will be suspended until the corrected price information is given with the opportunity to confirm or cancel the order.

Certain products and services offered through the Site pertain to equipment and systems owned and operated exclusively by the USPS. ETI reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for such products and/or services by parties not authorized by the USPS.

To serve all customers properly, ETI reserves the right to limit order quantities and to cancel multiple orders of the same item purchased by the same Site user and/or shipped to the same delivery address.

All orders are subject to a minimum order size of $50, exclusive of shipping and taxes.

All of ETI’s products, unless specifically stated otherwise, are new.

Payment on the Site is exclusively by credit card. ETI accepts Visa, MasterCard, and Discover cards.

BACK-ORDER POLICY

Every effort is made to ship customer orders complete. Complete orders will be shipped at once. Incomplete orders will be held for a short time so that ETI can ship all items at one time. Most merchandise is in stock for immediate shipment and orders are processed as quickly as possible.

If ETI should be temporarily out of stock on an item, customers are offered the choice on the Site to back-order the item or eliminate the item from the order. If no choice is made, the default is to back-order the item. ETI will back-order that item and ship the remainder of customer order immediately. Customers must specify if they would prefer to delay shipment until the entire order is complete. If there are extended delays in back-ordered items, ETI will email the customer with the details.

RETURN POLICY

Title and risk of loss pass to the customer upon tender of the shipment to the carrier. If the product is damaged in transit, the customer must file claim with the carrier. ETI will not accept returns for shipping damage.

If a product arrives defective or become defective during its warranty period the customer must notify ETI within 10 days of receipt, ETI will arrange with the customer to exchange or receive a refund for the product, return shipping charges paid by ETI . For warranty information and claims, refer to the Product Warranty below.

Orders that result in a return for any other reason, e.g. wrong item ordered, refusal, etc., will incur return shipping charges, and a re-stocking charge. Such returns must be in new condition with original packaging. Returns not meeting this standard will be assessed additional restocking charges determined at the sole discretion of ETI .

Before returning any product, contact ETI Webstore Service by telephone at (419) 522-4444 or by email at sales@ruggedsystems.com. Returns are handled through a Return Material Authorization (“RMA”) procedure. ETI will issue the customer an RMA number, which must accompany the return shipment.

PRODUCT WARRANTY

The Supplier warrants and implies that the items delivered under this agreement are merchantable and fit for the use for the particular purpose described in this agreement.

ALL CONTENT ON THIS SITE IS PROVIDED “AS IS”; ALL USE OF THIS SITE IS AT YOUR OWN RISK. The Site is operated and maintained by ETI. However, ETI cannot guarantee that any electronic commerce on its Site is invulnerable to attack and totally secure.

ETI does not release any personal or other customer information given to it when ordering, to any telemarketing company, reporting service, or any third party other than ETI ‘s credit card processor for the purpose of authorizing credit card transactions requested by the customer.

This Site may contain links to other sites that are neither owned nor operated by ETI (collectively, “Third Party Sites”). Such links are provided for your convenience only. All purchases made by The Postal Service under this agreement are subject to the Contract Disputes Act.

Customer is also responsible for state and local sales or use taxes that will be added to your total invoice price, if applicable to your order.

While we will use our best efforts to fulfill all orders, ETI cannot guarantee the availability of any particular product displayed on this Site. ETI reserves the right to discontinue the sale of any product listed on this Site at any time without notice.

Such returns must be in new condition with original packaging. Returns not meeting this standard will be assessed additional restocking charges determined at the sole discretion of ETI .

Before returning any product, contact ETI by email through the “Contact Us” button at the top of the page. Returns are handled through a Return Material Authorization (“RMA”) procedure. ETI will issue the customer an RMA number, which must accompany the return shipment.

PRODUCT WARRANTY AND DISCLAIMER

Limited Warranty: All products sold are warranted by ETI only to customers for use in business or in original equipment manufacture, against defects in workmanship or materials under normal use for 90 days after day of purchase from ETI . Any product determined by ETI to be defective in material or workmanship and returned to ETI , shipping costs prepaid, will be, as the exclusive remedy, repaired or replaced, or at ETI ‘s option, the purchase price refunded.

NO WARRANTY OR AFFIRMATION OF FACT, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, OTHER THAN AS SET FORTH IN THE LIMITED WARRANTY STATEMENT ABOVE IS MADE OR AUTHORIZED BY ETI .
